![]() For this one I decided to go with the dangerous side of things. The Longest Ride and The Friend Scheme by Cale Dietrich. Shame is an adult smutty romance, but both start with teenage romances that end for some reason and they reconnect later on. These books are also completely different from one another. Scarred is definitely a lot darker and violent but I think in the end Katie and Chloe are both strong women. These both involve abusive relationships. Safe Haven and Scarred Series by Kylie Walker. These books couldn’t be anymore different, but they both tell a story through writing and music and in the end it’s about family. These are both about finding love in the most unexpected places. These books are both about choosing what you think you should do and what you really want to do. The Choice and I Wanna Be Where You Are by Kristina Forest. These two both have military romances with unexpected endings. For this one I went with the quick romance, wedding, surprise pregnancy themes because I’m still not ready to talk about that ending again.ĭear John and Never Forget Him by Tracy Lorraine. This might have been the hardest one for me but both of these stories are about hope and believing in something no matter how impossible it seems.Īt First Sight and Trick You by Tracy Lorraine. True Believer and The Son And His Hope by Pepper Winters. Both of these books are about rekindling romances but for different reasons and what lengths people will go to for the ones they love. The Wedding and Fighting For Us by Claire Kingsley. Also both books have a pretty good mystery. In the Guardian Julie begins dating her deceased husband’s best friend and in Breathless Marjorie starts seeing Bryce who is her older brother’s best friend. For this one I went for the mystery and suspense as well as for the characters dating the best friend of someone close to them. ![]() The Guardian and Breathless by Helen Hardt. The characters are in their late 40s or 50s. These ones remind me of each other because they are older romances. ![]() Nights In Rodanthe and Gaining Miles by Claire Kingsley. This one was kind of hard but I decided to go with the fact that these both have new relationships developing and there is a secret that one person has. These also have amazing romances.Ī Bend In The Road and Someone Else’s Summer by Rachel Bateman. Taylor and Asher are both volunteer firefighters and Asher wants to join the station when he finishes school. This one was a little bit harder but I decided to go with the volunteer firefighter aspect. The Rescue and Protecting You by Claire Kingsley. These books remind me of each other because there is a teen romance, there is a cancer storyline, they are both heartbreaking and they were both made into movies. Message In A Bottle starts with Theresa finding just that on the sand at the beach and Branwen and Tristan’s romance starts when she finds him wounded on the beach.Ī Walk To Remember and The Fault In Our Stars by John Green. This one I first thought about star crossed lovers but then I decided to go with the whole romance starts at the water. Message In A Bottle and Sweet Black Waves by Kristina Perez. The Notebook is an epic love story and when I thought about it, the first book that came to mind was ACOMAF because Rhysand and Feyre have an epic love story. The Notebook and A Court Of Mist And Fury by Sarah J. I’m not recommending these books if you like certain Sparks books, these are just recommendations based on story or characters or other similarities that I think sort of remind me of each of his books. This isn’t like the, If you like this, you’ll like this type of post.
